Our Founder
Jocelyn Peltier-Huntley is a professional engineer with experience in higher education, gender equity research, mining, and farming. She has a B. Sc. with distinction in Mechanical Engineering (2005) and M. Sc. (2019) from the University of Saskatchewan.
Jocelyn grew up on the family farm near Hazlet, SK. As a fourth-generation farmer, she understands the value of hard work, community, and collaboration needed to sustain a business. Jocelyn has worked in British Columbia and Saskatchewan as a professional engineer in support of the mining industry. Jocelyn also has experience teaching, coordinating, and with research in higher education. Her multi-disciplinary and collaborative approach will support you through making the changes you are leading in your organization.
