A course designed to activate change.
Based on Jocelyn’s award-winning Ph.D. research, this virtual course helps participants reflect on their role in advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). With curated resources, real-world scenarios, and facilitated discussions, learners will leave with an actionable allyship plan. 10 CPD hours.

EDI Leadership Training
For teams ready to shift workplace culture.
This 6-hour training series equips leaders with the tools to understand bias, navigate inclusive leadership challenges, and champion systemic change. Live sessions are structured around group learning, discussion prompts, and personal reflection. 6 CPD hours.

Everyday Inclusion
Small changes, big impact.
A 3-hour practical course for anyone new to EDI or seeking everyday tools to foster inclusion. Participants learn how to identify microaggressions, intervene as bystanders, and support a culture of belonging through small but powerful acts. 3 CPD hours.
